Ride Needed for September R12 Brevet

There is a new to PA Randonneurs rider looking for a ride out to Ephrata for the September running of the Hawk Mountain 200k. He is located in the NYC area and has determined that Amtrak doesn't allow bikes on the Keystone lines that service the Lancaster area.
